A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remainder due 2 months prior to the arrival date. If your request for arrival is lesser than 2 months we request full payment in advance.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we have updated our cancellation/refund policy related to it.

Due to the present COVID-19 pandemic, we have brought up  revised cancellation/refund policy suitable to cover possible obstacles for realizing an already booked tour. We have therefore updated our booking T&C for the upcoming season to provide our clients with maximum peace of mind, including two additional options specific to COVID-related cancellations. In addition, we want you to know that we are always open to discussion and figuring out what works for all of us…as has always been the case.

More than 2 months prior to your arrival date: We will gladly hold and apply your deposit to a future booking. If you do not wish to transfer the deposit, we will offer a refund if we are able to find another group or individual to fill the booking.
Less than 2 months prior your arrival date: All payments made are non-transferable and 50% refundable only if we are able to find another group or individual to fill the booking.
If we are unable to run the planned tour for any reason that is COVID-related, clients will have two options:
First: We will gladly hold a spot for you on the following year’s trip and all payments made will be transferred over. If this puts you under too much financial strain, we will offer a 50% temporary “refund,” with the remaining 50% paid towards the following year.
Second: We will offer a refund less the deposit amount, which can always be reclaimed in the form of a credit on a future booking.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time due to unsettling political, social or environmental events, at which time we will offer a refund of all payments made less the deposit.

We cannot offer refunds for missed reservations, early departures, turbulent weather/extreme avalanche danger, snow conditions, or force majeure events beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, and are not responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparing for the trip (e.g. airline tickets, visa application fees, equipment purchases, etc).
